Our Guarantee & Return Policy

We pride ourselves for quality plants and outstanding service.

We provide guarantees and flexible return policies to ensure the best indoor or outdoor garden possible, provided all plants are planted in ground and receive reasonable care. Guarantees do not apply to replacement plants.

Our guarantee process starts with physical proof that said plant did not survive.

Please note, our guarantee does not cover any sort of animal damage.

Our Guarantee

  • Trees & Shrubs

    All trees & shrubs purchased at full price receive a 3-year guarantee when planted in the ground. There is no guarantee for trees & shrubs planted within pots.

    Purchases made at a 20% discount receive a 1-year guarantee.

    40% discount are guaranteed until the end of the calendar year.

    Purchases made at a 50% discount or more are final sale.

  • Perennials, Roses, Groundcovers, & Fruit Trees

    All perennials purchased at full price receive a 1-year guarantee when planted in the ground. There is no guarantee for perennials planted within pots.

    Purchases made at a 20%-40% discount are guaranteed until the end of the calendar year.

    Purchases made at a 50% discount or more are final sale.

  • Annuals

    All annuals & tropicals purchased at full price receive a 30-day guarantee. All plants will be replaced with a like plant, one time, provided the plant is returned with the original receipt within the specified time period.

    Plants purchased at a discount of 20% or more are final sale.

  • Indoor Plants & Tropicals

    All indoor plants purchased at full price receive a 30-day guarantee. All plants will be replaced with a like plant, one time, provided the plant is returned with the original receipt within the specified time period.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds - Plant Material

    For a full cash or credit refund, all outdoor and indoor living plants must be returned within 3 business days of purchase.

    Please be sure to have your receipt at the time of return. In some cases, the physical method of payment, such as the same credit card, will be needed for processing.

    In cases where we are unable to refund, store credit may be an option.

  • Refunds - Hard Goods

    For all hard goods, such as garden accessories, statuary, fountains, mulches, soils, and anything else, products must be in an undamaged/unopened form for a cash or credit refund.

    Please be sure to have your receipt at the time of return. In some cases, the physical method of payment such as the same credit card, will be needed for processing.

  • Store Credit - Plant Material

    For living plant material, both indoor and outdoor, store credit can be given on items sold within 30 days of purchase. This can be determined on a case-by-case basis and the sellable condition of the plant.
