I Need Help with my Hydrangeas!

Why isn’t my hydrangea blooming?  That’s one of the top questions we are asked at Good Earth.  But the answer isn’t always simple. There are many species of hydrangea, and when and how to prune them differs with the type.  This workshop will give you an introduction to the six most common species of hydrangea, where to plant them, when and how to prune them, and how to change or intensify the color of the blooms of certain varieties.

$39 fee per person includes a Hydrangea care package to take home to use in your garden.

Butterfly Container Garden

We’ll help you create a haven of beauty that will provide food and shelter for the butterflies, and a stunning planter for you.  We’ll focus on how to plant and care for annuals and perennials that will attract butterflies. The whole family can get in on the fun!

$39 fee per person includes a 16” container, potting medium, and plants to create a butterfly garden, designed and planted by you!

Hummingbird Hanging Basket

Saturday, June 22, at 2PM

This hanging basket is sure to bring the ruby-throated hummingbird to your garden.  Planted with its’ favorite perennials and annuals, you’ll be able to watch this tiny bird’s antics up close.  The whole family can help make the planter, then sit back and watch the show!

$29 fee per person includes a hanging basket, potting medium, and plants to create a lovely hummingbird haven, designed and planted by you!
